The list has been short listed on the following grounds –         

• Influence on a majority of people.
• Relatively large financial resources
• Influence of their power in multiple spheres and
• The way they exercise their power (This is the place where the real power lies!!)

        Barack Obama tops this list which is not a surprise for any as the surprise is waitingfor you. Osama Bin Laden (do you need an introduction for him!!!)  holds the 37^th position among 67. George W.Bush is absent in the list while the former of former U.S President Bill Clinton is in the 31^st position. Manmohan Singh(at 36), Mukesh Ambani(at 44), Lakshmi Mittal (at 55) and Ratan Tata (at 59) are the Indians in the list. 

        The list comprises the leaders, criminals, industrialists, and philanthropists who justify the rule “Survival of the Fittest”!!
