The Godfather – A perfect celluloid!!

Mario Puzo’s “The Godfather” movie drags all other gangster and mafia movies aside and remains close to our hearts.  This movie gives an illusion of reading a novel when watching on screen (in fact the movie is based on the novel “The Godfather”). Subtle emotions, powerful dialogues, and vibrant music make Godfather a real man!

Some dialogues from this movie delivered by the Godfather:

  • Only don’t tell me you are innocent because it insults my intelligence. Makes me very angry (This is the dialogue spoken by the Godfather when he knows that his brother in law betrayed but still acts to be innocent).
  • Keep your friends close but enemies closer.
  • Try to think as people around you think!
  • The soldiers are paid to fight but the rebels aren’t.
  • Never let anyone know what you are thinking.

What do you now think of this Godfather???
